Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Because almost everything here at Truett Designs is handcrafted to order exclusively for you, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality team will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order is even dispatched. However, on the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know. Take a look at the details below on how to do that:
If a product is defective in any way, we will replace it as quickly as possible for you.
Please note we work in accordance with these provisions:

Non-Defective Products: We cannot accept returns of non-faulty items because all products are handcrafted to order exclusively for you. We encourage you to order a FREE fabric sample ahead of time.
- Defective Items: There's always a small chance a slight imperfection slipped through the cracks when our quality team reviewed your order. If that happen, we will gladly make sure your item is replaced as quickly as possible. Please just send us an email with a photo of the defective item using our contact form or email address. We will take it from there to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
